This hotel is much closer to the wedding venue but is farther from Monday's welcome party. This hotel would be a great place to stay if you want to be closer to the Sintra region. This area is great if you want to tour palaces, castles and gardens. This area is still reachable by downtown Lisbon as well though!

Palacio Estoril is ~5 minutes from Forte da Cruz (wedding venue) -- while it looks VERY close, the hotel still recommends a car for transportation given the cobblestone ground.
